Here is another proof of why we think Amit Shah case is politically motivated and a conspiracy by the central government against Narendra Modi government in Gujarat.
Sohrabbudin’s capture was a joint operation between Gujarat Police and Andhra Pradesh Police. Along with Gujarat police officers, 7 Andhra Pradesh Police officers were also involved. Sohrabbuding was travelling from Hyderabad to Sangli and was captured by the police. He was a known gangster and an aid of Don Abdul Lateef, he had large catch of arms and ammunitions with him. However CBI has conviniently forgotten about Andhra Police and have not included them in the probe, inspite of Supreme Court asking them to. Andhra government led by Y S Rajashekhar Reddy was equally responsible for the encounter of Sohrabbudin as Gujarat government, however it has not been on CBI’s radar. Needless to say that it is because Andhra Pradesh has a Congress led government.
CBI’s inaction against the AP cops and AP government proves that CBI is being ghost-directed by UPA government in center.
